Shipping & Returns

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT.

Despatch of seeds will normally be within 48 hours of ordering. At the peak times in our growing and harvesting season (mid-late summer) despatch may take longer, so please allow a little extra time.

All UK domestic orders will be sent out by first class post, and overseas orders by air mail.

Postage charges:

• Postage will be charged at £1.38 per order for UK Orders under £6.50, and will be free for UK orders over £6.50
• Europe Orders will be charged at a flat rate of £3.60

• Parcels sent to countries outside the UK and Europe will contain a maximum of 16 seed packets and will be charged at £3.70.

  For orders of more than 16 packets the additional charge will be £4.20 per parcel.

Please note that despite using airmail we are finding the orders sent overseas can take a considerable time to arrive, for example up to 4 weeks for Europe and 6-8 weeks for USA & Canada. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please be prepared to wait for this length of time.
